Office & Appointment Policy

 Due to privacy only patients are allowed in the treatment areas.

 You must give at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your dental appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance or that appointment time may be used by another patient in need.

 If you do not give sufficient notice and have more than 3 consecutive missed and/or rescheduled appointments, you may be dismissed from the practice.
